About Us: The Gummi Bears kennel was established in early 1990's with Belgian Shepard's and we  bred some champions and a Res. BIS tervueren.  All of our free time was spent with our dogs.  We were either at home with them, in a dog school or at dog shows. We then decided to buy a Bichon Frise.  We acquired a female Bichon, and she has changed our life.  -We started to breed Bichon dogs in 1996.  Breeding in this part of Europe is not an easy task.  Finding suitable dogs for the best breeding was a very hard task.  It was not until a few years later that we decided to find the best male dogs available in Europe.  We have breed champions in the past, and we are in hopes that our latest generation will also become champions.  We  hope that our dogs will make their owners very happy and very proud.  Our latest addition is our new Sheltie boy.  We acquired TJ in 2006.  We are very happy with our new Sheltie and feel that we are very lucky to have him.  We consider ourselves not only owners, and handlers but also groomers and trainers.  In addition to our dogs, we also have two main coon cats and  three horses.  At present we spend time riding our horses instead of  traveling to dog shows.  We still pride ourselves in having the best Bichons for breeding,  We are dedicated to producing happy puppies with excellent health temperaments and intelligence as well as having beauty and the sweetest dogs.  We only breed one or two times a year, we produce quality not quantity we make sure that all our puppies go to loving, responsible and caring homes.  We hope that you enjoy our website, and that you will come back often for future updates in regards to our small home breed kennel.
